The units are spacious, warm, affordable and have high quality communal facilities including:

Unfurnished studio units have own kitchenette with 2 hotplates and a microwave oven.

All units have an open plan lounge / bedroom with en-suite including shower, toilet and vanity. All units also have their own patio.

No pets allowed

Communal laundry with use of all communal facilities.

$450 bond

$225 per week rent

Weekly rental includes power, gas heating, unlimited wi-fi and the use of the complex’s communal facilities.
